We are pleased to announce that the second edition of the Digital Product Passport & Tracing (DPP) Event Series will take place on 27 November 2025. Themed “Digital Product Passport & Traceability: Enabling Sustainability through Effective Policy”, this event will be held in a hybrid format—both in person at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), Place du Congrès 1, 1000 Brussels, and online.

Organized by the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS) in collaboration with the Division of Circular Economy & Tracing of the I-SENSE Group, this DPP series aims to convene stakeholders across sectors to exchange insights, explore challenges, and showcase the role of Digital Product Passports in advancing circular economy and climate-neutrality goals. For this year, the event is organised in collaboration with CEPS.

In addition to fruitful discussions, the event will feature a series of interactive workshops fostering dialogue between policymakers, researchers, and industry representatives. In particular, three workshops will take place, exploring key governance challenges surrounding DPP data management, data models, interoperability and policy compliance and also DPP policies that affect the economics of green solutions.

This year’s event will spotlight the W2W Project, an initiative devoted to the transformative valorisation of wood waste. W2W promotes circularity by extending the lifecycle of wood-based materials and diverting waste from landfills and incineration. Attendance is free, but registration is required.
